My Chemical Romance will set out this weekend on the 2026 run of “The Black Parade Tour,” which features 16 dates at stadiums and festival across the U.S. The tour will be supported by a host of punk rock, emo and heavy bands and follows triumphant appearances at summer music festivals while continuing a tour from last year that proved emo is alive and well.

The tour kicks off August 9th at Citi Field in New York then heads to Nissan Stadium in Nashville on August 13th. The concert series includes stops in Washington D.C., Minneapolis, Phoenix, Denver, and San Diego. The band also headlines Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, Kentucky on September 18th and Aftershock festival in Sacramento on October 1st. My Chemical Romance close out the tour with a five-night residency in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Bowl starting October 21st, culminating with shows on Halloween eve and Halloween.

My Chemical Romance’s “The Black Parade Tour” hits 12 cities across the United States with 16 concerts. At the shows, the band is performing their seminal 2006 album The Black Parade in its entirety plus a selection of other songs from their catalog. My Chemical Romance extended the tour to this year after a successful iteration in 2025. Consequence called MCR’s 2025 Chicago date on the tour a “true emo arena spectacle” and declared the tour “proves, the record and all of its accompanying theatrics still resonate 20 years later.”
My Chemical Romance are building on the momentum they created this summer from celebrated headline performances at rock and heavy music festivals such as Welcome to Rockville and Sonic Temple with Consequence calling the band’s close-out set there “the defining moment” of the opening day.
In early July, My Chemical Romance released a deluxe edition of their 2010 album Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys that featured a cover of Pulp’s “Common People” among the reissue’s nine bonus tracks.
