Matt Rogers and Below Deck’s Fraser Olender Break Up After Nearly a Year of Dating
Nathan Gallagher is in some hot water.
The Below Deck Mediterranean star was reportedly arrested in Australia in December on domestic violence charges following an alleged altercation with an unnamed woman, according to local authorities.
Around 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 27, 2025, officers from Ryde Police Area Command arrested a 27-year-old man at a unit complex after it was alleged that he assaulted a 29-year-old woman known to him at the same premises the previous day, per a statement from New South Wales police to E! News.
The suspect, who USA Today confirmed is Gallagher via a New South Wales Apprehended Violence Application filed with the courts, was taken to Gladesville Police Station and later charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent and common assault, authorities confirmed to E!.
The woman did not suffer serious injuries, per police.
The alleged suspect is due back in court Sept. 1.
E! News has reached out to Gallagher and Bravo for comment but did not receive an immediate response.
