ComingSoon is debuting the Adventures in Success trailer for the upcoming mockumentary starring Lexie Mountain.
Adventures in Success is directed and co-written by Jay Buim, who wrote the script with Susan Juvet and Rachel Webster. The film revolves around a sex cult ran by a troubled narcissistic leader played by Mountain. It will premiere on March 4 in Los Angeles’ Lumier Music Hall and will then become available on March 8 on iTunes and Prime Video.
“Led by a mystical female founder, a cult masquerading as a wellness startup settles in the Catskills to build community and practice a ritual called Jilling Off,” says the official synopsis. “They believe that by prioritizing female pleasure they will heal Mother Earth. The group faces prejudice and bureaucracy from the local townspeople, and begin to question their own motives as they strive to manifest utopia.”

Joining Mountain are Yaz Perea-Beltran, Nina Tarr, Asia Lee Boostani, Drew Freed, Alec Jones-Trujillo, Khan Baykal, Mo Stark, and Robby Rackleff. The Utopia release runs 98 minutes in length.
