I Never Expected to Find a Handbag This Chic on Amazon—Now It’s On Sale

As a Shopping Editor, it’s my job to seek out hidden gems that make you stop and think, That looks at least three times the price. So, when the opposite happens to me, I’m always blindsided. Case in point: one of my chicest friends recently whispered in my ear that the handbag I’d enthusiastically requested an ID on was from Amazon. Cue my immediate shock.

The bag in question is Donnain’s leather handbag, and on closer inspection, I can see exactly why it fooled me. Crafted from full-grain leather, it has a structured rectangular silhouette softened by rounded edges, a minimal design and the kind of pared-back finish I’d usually associate with a much more expensive designer bag.

So, naturally, it went straight into my basket. And with Amazon’s sale now underway, I suspect I won’t be the only one giving it a second look.
