Bad Bunny got as close as he could to making it Instagram official with Kendall Jenner, who he has been dating for six months, without posting a grid pic. The singer dropped a long series of photos on Instagram Stories yesterday, including three where tributes to Jenner were visible. In one video the artist shared, a woman whose voice resembles Jenner’s can be heard off-screen, gushing about a chipmunk. “Mami, be careful,” Bunny tells her.
In another photo, Bunny wears a “K” initial necklace, likely signifying Kendall, and in a third photo, he put drinks from her tequila brand 818 on display.
Jenner and Bunny were first romantically linked in February. Bunny spoke to Rolling Stone in June about why he has chosen to keep his love life to himself. “I know something is going to come out. I know [people are] going to say something. People know everything about me, so what’s left for me to protect?” he asked. “My private life, my personal life.”
When further asked about whether he wanted to clear up any rumors about Jenner and their relationship, he returned to that same thought: “That’s the only answer. In the end, the only thing I have is my privacy.”
That same month, in an interview with WSJ magazine, Jenner spoke about why she had “no comment” when asked about Bunny.
“I try [to] find the balance of keeping things private and keeping things sacred, [and] also not letting the unfortunate frustration and stress of everyone trying to get in on it stop me from enjoying my side,” she said. “Does that make sense? I’ll go out of my way to do things as privately as possible because I just think that that’s the healthier way of dealing with relationships anyway.”
