Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Selling Their Los Angeles Home Amid Breakup Rumors

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are reportedly good will house hunting. 

The couple’s Beverly Hills home—which they bought together in May 2023 for $60.8 million—has been quietly placed on the market, according to multiple outlets.

In fact, the “Let’s Get Loud” singer and the Argo director are working with The Agency on the sale of the LA home, according to Entertainment Tonight, with the outlet also reporting that Jennifer has been seen looking at properties for sale in recent weeks. 

E! News has reached out to reps for both Jen and Ben but has not yet heard back.

The news that Jennifer and Ben are parting ways with their home, purchased a year after their 2022 nuptials, comes amid rumors ongoing rumors that they’re splitting up and living apart. 

But while the rumors persist, so too apparently do Ben and Jennifer. In fact, the duo was recently seen exchanging a kiss on the cheek as they entered a recreation center to watch the Good Will Hunting alum’s 12-year-old son Samuel—whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, in addition to kids Violet, 18, and Seraphina, 15—play basketball June 2. 

And only days before, the pair were seen getting together for a family event, Ben carrying a big box of pink party decorations.
