Aaron Erb: All About ‘The Bachelorette’ Star At Odds With

Aaron Erb is one of Jenn Tran’s 25 suitors vying for her heart on The Bachelorette. The 29-year-old made debut on the ABC dating series during the Season 21 premiere on July 8. After rolling up on a motorcycle, Jenn noted that Aaron’s got “bad boy energy, but this sweet energy, too.” The competition over Jenn’s heart is heating up, and Aaron is getting right in the middle of it.

When Jenn’s cast was announced, Aaron shared his official photo on Instagram and wrote, “Sorry been a lil MIA trying to locate this thing called love.” He gave a shoutout to “all the kindness and support” he’s received since joining Bachelor Nation.

You’re not alone if you’re wondering why Aaron looks a little familiar. Aaron was technically Bachelor Nation-adjacent before he joined The Bachelorette. One of his family members has already been on The Bachelorette! From his family to his career, here’s what you need to know about Aaron.

Who is Aaron Erb’s brother?

Aaron’s twin brother is Noah Erb, whom Bachelor Nation fans will recognize from The Bachelorette Season 16 and Bachelor in Paradise Season 7. Technically, Aaron is the older twin!

After Noah’s run on Tayshia Adams’ season of The Bachelorette came to an end, he joined the cast of BiP. Over the course of Bachelor in Paradise Season 7, Noah fell in love with Abigail Heringer, who had previously been a contestant on The Bachelor Season 25. The couple got engaged in August 2023 and now live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Aaron hopes to follow in his younger brother’s footsteps!

How many siblings does Aaron have?

The Erb family is not small whatsoever! Aaron has 10 siblings, including his twin brother.

Has Aaron been married before?

During his introduction on The Bachelorette, Aaron revealed that he was married in the past. He did not elaborate further about his divorce.

“I got married at 21 and then got divorced,” he explained. “That was a pretty defining moment in my life, and now I think my heart is ready. I know what I want.”

Are Aaron and Devin fighting?

In the second episode of Jenn’s season, battle lines were drawn amongst the suitors. Devin Strader pulled Jenn away from the rest of the guys on a group date, and that move did go over well with Aaron.

He spoke with Devin, whom he called “Dylan” at first, after the group date. “I just feel like I’m understanding more about Jenn, and she doesn’t want to be with a boy,” Aaron said. Devin replied, “I don’t think I’m a boy.”

During Aaron and Jenn’s one-on-one time, Devin cut in once again with ice cream, which disrupted Aaron’s moment. “I’m peeved I was interrupted by Devin,” he said, before adding that Devin shouldn’t “poke the bear.” Aaron thought Devin’s ice cream interruption was a “targeted, intentional way to get underneath my skin.”

Aaron accused Devin of “bully” behavior and later gave Devin the self-help book, Principles for Self-Growth, which just so happens to be the same book Bennett Jordan gave Aaron’s twin brother on a previous season of The Bachelorette.

What does Aaron do for a living?

Aaron is an aerospace engineer who currently works for Northrop Grumman, according to his LinkedIn. “I love everything to do with aviation. It’s so cool,” Aaron said in a preview video from his introduction on The Bachelorette.

He’s also a member of the United States Air Force. He attended Oklahoma State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology.

On The Bachelorette, Aaron revealed he’s been applying to fighter units for the past two and a half years. He wants to be an F-22 Raptor pilot.

Where does Aaron live?

Aaron currently lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he’s close to his twin brother and his family. He’s also lived in Manhattan Beach, California, and Denver, Colorado.
