Richard Dawson has announced his first-ever tour of the United States. The English singer-songwriter will perform headlining sets in New York and Los Angeles; he’ll also open for the metal band Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs at select East Coast stops on their international tour. Dawson has also released a new video for The Ruby Cord’s “Horse and Rider.” In the video, the musician bounces up and down on his knees as if to imitate riding on horseback. The second half of the clip includes some eccentric dance moves from Dawson, as well as beautiful shots of the natural landscapes that surround him for the entire duration of the video. Dawson’s latest album, The Ruby Cord, was released in November 2022. The final installment in a three-part series, the LP was recorded with longtime producer and Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs member Sam Grant.
