Batman wouldn’t be the same without his Batmobile, as the recently released Batwheels teaser shows.
At Comic-Con, Warner Media revealed the first look at the upcoming animated Batman preschool series, Batwheels. The series will debut a half-hour origin special called “Secret Origin of the Batwheels” on Batman Day on Saturday, Sept. 17. The special will tell the backstory of how the Batwheels formed their team. The series will officially launch on Cartoonito on Cartoon Network and Cartoonito on HBO Max in the fall. Moon Knight alum Ethan Hawke is voicing the Dark Knight. The cast also includes Jacob Bertrand, Gina Rodriguez, and Xolo Maridueña, among others.

Led by Bam (The Batmobile), the Batwheels – Bibi (The Batgirl Cycle), Redbird (Robin’s Sports Car), The Batwing and Buff (The Bat Truck) – must navigate the growing pains of being a newly formed super team as well as the growing pains that come with just being a kid. This relatable and aspirational series will follow the journey of this dynamic team as they thrill and entertain with their heroic adventures as well as demonstrate to kids the value of self-confidence, friendship, and teamwork.”
Warner Bros. Animation produces Batwheels. Sam Register (Looney Tunes Cartoons) serves as executive producer. Michael G. Stern (Doc McStuffins) serves as co-executive producer, Simon J. Smith (Baymax Dreams) is supervising producer, and Steven Fink of Bang Zoom Ltd. is producer.
