Billie Eilish has been showing off her signature style of rugged neutrals while on her world tour, and on her Australia stop, she paid a visit to “Hot Nights With Abbie Chatfield” for a 10-minute interview. To record the segment, the 20-year-old singer wore hand-picked vintage items from Storeroom Vintage, including a reworked cargo maxi skirt and oversize Carhartt jacket with distressed details.
The skirt featured a prominent slit at the back that both allowed for movement and revealed Eilish’s shoe moment: a pair of Angel Chen sneaker boots with intricate, futuristic lacing and shapely lug-sole platforms. She teamed them with matching ribbed socks pulled to mid-shin, tan-colored sunglasses, and plenty of silver rings — including Gucci’s double G key ring, a nod to her relationship with the brand as she recently debuted in the new eyewear campaign. Eilish opted for a fresh-faced makeup look, highlighting her jet-black hair and bangs.
Host Abbie Chatfield, also dressed casually in a loose-fit shirtdress and Western knee-high boots, sat by Eilish’s side as the duo posed for pictures inside the studio. “You better believe we have @billieeilish joining the show tonight!” she captioned an Instagram post to promote the exciting moment.
While Eilish’s look is on the grungier side, she’s also been reaching for “Clueless”-inspired ’90s trends such as sweater vests and miniskirts while on tour. In late August, she coordinated a lace slip dress with chunky moon boots and a newsboy cap.
