OMG, how could anyone let this happen?!

During Kesha‘s set during the first day of Lollapalooza on Thursday, the singer dazzled fans with an epic performance which featured a prop knife and fake blood — or so they thought! The 37-year-old performed onstage in a crop top, mini skirt, and fishnets as she waved around the blade, but later that day on X (Twitter), she revealed the truth.

In a tweet post-palooza, the singer wrote it was a REAL knife — that had cut her and made her bleed! And to make things worse, whoever swapped out the prop knife for the real one didn’t even tell her:

“sooooo apparently the prop knife went missing and they replaced it with a real butcher knife stolen from the kitchen. and i didn’t know. till now. so watch that again….”

WTF?! So, so scary! And dangerous! What if she would’ve gotten cut deeply? It could’ve caused some serious damage. Not only that, the idea whoever did it didn’t warn her is downright terrifying! Was someone trying to hurt her?

Of course, her fans were rightfully concerned — but also blown away that the Tick Tock singer just continued to perform with the injury as if nothing was wrong. In the replies, people expressed their fear and shock:
