Kate Middleton showcased her working Princess of Wales style again today, stepping out in a vintage cobalt blue and black tweed Chanel blazer from 1995 with Prince William at an event for the 10th anniversary of Coach Core in London. She paired the designer statement piece with black slacks and wore her brown hair down straight.

At one point, Kate was photographed being a little affectionate with her husband, putting a hand on his back in a rare tender moment.

The Prince and Princess of Wales reflected on the visit on their Instagram. “Skills for sport, work and life,” they wrote. “10 years of @wearecoachcoreuk. 10 years supporting disadvantaged young people. 10 years of sports coaching apprenticeships, re-engaging with education and increasing activity levels in local communities. Here’s to many more years of celebrating Coach Core’s legacy and impact.”

Their visit comes the same day that Us Weekly reported that Kate is keen to use the couple’s upcoming visit to the U.S. to help mend the strained relationship between her, William, Meghan Markle, and Prince Harry. Kate and William will be in Boston in early December, around the same time Meghan and Harry will be in New York City. Kate is hoping to fit a New York visit into their trip.

“Once Kate and William’s Boston plans are set in stone, she’s planning to extend an olive branch to Meghan in a bid to reunite the brothers and heal the rift,” Us Weekly‘s source.

“Harry and Meghan are knee deep with their hectic schedules, but Meghan is willing to put in the effort as long as dates don’t clash,” the source added. Kate’s desire to play peacekeeper stems from what she believes the late Queen and Princess Diana “would’ve wanted” for her, William, Harry, and Meghan.
